| Each product has a flat rate for shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. that has a UPS acceptable address, (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We can provide reasonable and fast shipment to most international airports. Please enquire. |

| Wire Transfer | The exact US$ amount displayed for your ORDER TOTAL should be the amount used when requesting your wire transfer. |
| Credit Card | For American customers paying by credit card, the credit card will be processed in Canadian funds and automatically converted by your credit card company on the day of processing to the exact dollar equivalent of the currency your credit card is registered in (i.e. the amount is automatically converted to your local currency). |

| For U.S. customers any applicable American import duties and customs clearance are included in the cost. Goods are shipped prepaid, duty and clearance included. |
| Returns Policy |

We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of shipping,
for the amount paid for the returned merchandise less the shipping fee,
duty, brokerage or other border costs.
We will refund your credit card if you paid by credit card,
or we will send a check refund if another payment method was used.
Merchandise must be returned shipping/postage prepaid (we cannot accept CODs),
in the item's original package.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation message, and the reason for the return.
